Child Sexual Exploitation Investigations (TEXAS): 2-day course hosted by the Denton Public Safety Training Center, Denton, Texas 76205; Tuesday and Wednesday, January 19-20, 2021 from 0830-1700hrs: This revealing and inspiring two-day course focuses on child sexual exploitation investigations and is aimed at patrol officers and investigators who initially respond to and/or investigate sexual crimes against children. The course is an overview of the different types of child sexual exploitation investigations and includes investigative techniques that help build successful prosecutions.  Class participation will be encouraged and case studies will be used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the investigative techniques discussed. Interview and Interrogation (FLORIDA) – CJSTC course – 40 hours – at Santa Fe College Institute of Public Safety, Gainesville, FL; January 25-29, 2021. This course is based on the CJSTC curriculum and is a salary incentive course in the State of Florida.  This course is the bread-and-butter of Advanced Police Concepts. The class will start with the beginner in mind, however, days four and five will be our Advanced Interview and Interrogation curriculum. Please register with the academy.
