Joe Lopedito has been in law enforcement since 2016, previously serving in Corrections prior to finding his calling in Forensics. Joe currently serves with large agency in central Florida as a Crime Scene Investigator and Instructor. Joe also serves as an Adjunct Instructor for Hillsborough Community College’s Law Enforcement Academy. From property crimes to homicides, Joe has extensive experience in all things crime scene! Joe is a member of several professional organizations including the Florida Division of the International Association for Identification and the Southeastern Homicide Investigators Association. Recently, Joe was admitted as a Subject Matter Expert with the Florida Criminal Justice and Standards Commission (CJSTC) for the fields of Criminal Investigations, Crimes against Children, Injury/Death Investigations, and Sex Crimes. Joe’s passion to bring the best possible training in all things forensics to the local cop is evident in his training with Advanced Police Concepts.
